spoiled-ness

So there is this little girl I know about.... generally sweet, but one not so endearing quality.
Unfortunately she is spoiled to the point of ruin.
The only way she will be left with her babysitter, is if her parents promise her gifts/toys when they get back, and it is the first thing she asks for when they get home. When going to the Groc. Store, she is only interested in being nice if she has a new toy first, and even then it doesn't really last. Now granted, for the most part the toys/gifts she gets are in-expensive, but it has gotten so bad, she doesn't take care of anything, she has no care for the value of what she has, and shows little, if any, gratitude...

I am abhorred sometimes, at the way she treats her parents and even their friends. Unfortunatley the real tragedy in all this is that the parents don't seem to care that this child is growing up in this unflattering manner. In fact I don't think they even know that they have created this little "monster" at their own expense. But that will come back and "bite" them, I am sure. And the other sad thing is that this will hurt this girl as well. But then who knows, maybe by some miracle she will grow up to be a nice young lady despite her unfortunate upbringing.

Hi Line! It's Stephanie, Kristina's sil & Jeremy's wife.

That makes me so sad about that little girl. I believe in being good for the sake of being good.

I didn't know you had a blog! I have been trying to get everyone to jump on the band wagon! I finally converted Kris!
